Life After High school
Life can be daunting after High School. Come hear from United church Youth experiences at St James Inited Church on Dec 18th at 7PM. Snacks will be provided. High school students and their families are welcome.
movie night
The CD Committee presents: Movie Night for Black Heritage Month: The Queen of Katwe. Friday, Feb. 21st from 7pm – 9pm in the Lounge. Free will donation, popcorn and drinks will be served. The movie talks about the true story of how learning chess changed the life of Phiona, a young girl from the slums of Katwe, Uganda, as she broke stereotypes by becoming a globally-renowned chess player who was not white and male.
Games Night
Family Games Night are held on the last Friday of each month from 7-9PM. Free family fun for ages 4 to 104! Bring a favourite card game or board game to share, or just come as you are and join a table to learn a new game! Fun guaranteed.
