DESCRIPTION:Yoga at St. James will be continuing this fall with instructors from Power Yoga Canada – At Work\, including Ashley and Silvana.\n\nPlease spread the word!  Newcomers are welcome to join our yoga practice.\n\nJust like last year\, the pricing is $25/class for drop-in (or “pay as you go”).  If you want to prepay for the 2 months (September 10 – October 29th) then it is a savings of $5/class\, or $20 each class = $160.\n\nYou can pay by etransfer to me (karen_forgrave@hotmail.com) and I will add your name to the list.  Otherwise\, you can pay by cash or cheque on the first day of the class to Matty in the church office.\n\nAs always\, if this price represents a financial burden to you\, please reach out confidentially and subsidies can be made available.\n\nLooking forward to seeing you on the yoga mat!

DESCRIPTION:St James is now offering a yoga class on Saturdays at 10:00 am in the lounge. Drop in cost is $25. This gentle\, restorative class is essentially designed for those who are looking for an opportunity to increase mobility\, balance and strength. Those new to yoga\, or those with less experience\, will easily be able to follow our yoga instructor\, Manju Dewan\, as she demonstrates and adapts in order to accommodate each individual in the class.
