Community Garden

Thanks to the City of Toronto, approval was given to develop a small portion of Cronin Park, adjacent to St. James United Church, as a community vegetable garden to provide fresh produce for Food Basket participants.  The city graciously fenced the area, Home Depot provided soil, seeds and plants, The church and our Food Basket partners provide the labour of love and water.  The results are spectacular and the taste exquisite.
