Light Becomes You

This spiritual program to help you be your true, best self runs from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. by donation.

Happy Valentine’s Day! What a great day to explore love and “Creating Your Heart’s Desire,”

We will be doing some heart focused exercises to empower and remind us how loved we are. Our hearts have their own brain and are constantly sending chemicals and messages to our brain affecting all aspects of our health and wellbeing. Your heart is your greatest ally and really wants to be involved in your day to day living and awareness.

Our facilitator is Cheryl Cowie who is a certified Six Sensory Leader, a reiki channel, and is also trained in Munay-Ki shamanism. She will be sharing some simple yet powerful practices that help you discover what it is that your heart is calling you to. She’ll be giving you a sample of the principles of Sonia Coquette’s “Creating Your Heart’s Desire” course which she facilitates.

Please bring a journal, your imagination and a willingness to experience your heart from a new perspective.  All sessions are offered by free-will donation to help support future events.  Charitable tax receipts can be provided for donations of $10 or more accompanied by your name and mailing address.  Please feel free to share this invitation with all spiritual seekers.

If this is your first time and know you are planning to participate, please let Coral know at cprebble@rogers.com so that we can prepare a name tag for you.  If you are inspired to come at the last minute with no notice, we are equally thrilled to welcome you.

May you continue to become the Light you are.
